2. Our products

We sell Flight Forte, a range of travel-focused food supplement products. Our products are intended for use by healthy adults aged 18 and over.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Supplement formulations, packaging, and ingredients may be updated from time to time. We will always notify you of any material changes before despatch.

3. Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in purchasing Flight Forte. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee that you will receive the product. We will contact you when stock becomes available.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and cannot guarantee that all waitlist members will be able to purchase the first batch.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and must provide accurate, complete information.

5. Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@madeformiles.com before the 14-day period expires.

Returned items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Opened supplements

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MFM Labs Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price you paid for that order.
